Download windows compatible garmin installer of the standard map

You need mapsource to view the map.

After downloading:
- make sure mapsource is closed
- run the exe file
- click yes on default install settings
- start mapsource, select philippines routable in topleft dropdown list

EDIT:

Those who find difficulty in downloading the file, chances are the fault is on your side of the server/connection. I test download the file everyday and it's working fine. Please don't ask the admins/mods to send the file via email because we will not send it anyway.

Try downloading the file at a different time of the day as it might work. Thanks! -amf

help! I'm getting the ff error message during installation:

"file corrupted, please download and install again" in message box (yes, i did - 3x)

then

"CRC failed in 63287210.img" on installer screen

anyone seen this?

Downloaded the demo map, works fine in mapsource, but I'd like to get it on my HTC TytnII...

So perhaps one "workaround" is to become a contributor and curry the mods favor for access to the contributor map. What do you need mapped, kind sirs? :-)

You need to buy those maps. If you need cracked maps, this is not the place to go around and ask for it.

Welcome!

Windows compatible = Windows OS desktop. You will need mapsource (a Windows desktop application) to install the map to your GPS device.

Yes it will work with your Garmin mobile xt.

I just tried downloading it with Firefox a few seconds ago and it downloaded fine. You may be having problems with your net connection.

I, too, was having problems downloading the standard map yesterday morning, used both IE and Firefox. I tried downloading again after lunch and it was okay. Try it again...
