click File > Map Properties > Levels > Insert Before

For Malaybalay City Plaza, I took the corners from the intersections of the surrounding streets. The edges are the streets themselves. Is this method alright? Or do you need to have the complete tracks of the streets? (BTW, these streets are 1-sec tracks)

For the Kaamulan Grounds, this is the polygon formed by a 1-sec track (Provincial Capitol Loop)

I am resending the mp file, this time, using:

set levels to 0=24
click File > Map Properties > Levels > Insert Before

Also I am sending the tracks I used to draw these polygons

the procedure is ok but just dont go over the tracks. but theres a problem with the level of the polygon.(open your file again and you'll see) press insert before only once and highlight 0=24 then click ok. kindly do it again
