can we use the lifetime map from garmin in here?

If Garmin is offering Lifetime maps for Philippines, then yes, but as far as I know they don't yet.
My brother has a 1300 lifetime map bought in the US, and we just updated the Lifetime map for the US through the web, no problem with that.
But if you were thinking Garmin Citynavigator Life Time map, why don't you think RG map isn't lifetime map? The only thing we have to do is to contribute from time to time to keep active
