Previous Mapsource not found

Hi guys just want to get your help, I have a new Nuvi 40, but cannot seem to have the map loaded.

After I downloaded and run the Garmin Training Center, I downloaded and run the mapsource, but the message says "PREVIOUS MAPSOURCE NOT FOUND, SETUP WILL TERMINATE"

Please help.
