Help on Eonon 2din & GPS

    Good Day Everyone,

I just bought a 2din DVD for my car which comes with a GPS (SIRF Star), Please view the exact model here:

    http://www.eonon.com/Special-Car-DVD-Player/E1051.html.

Unfortunately, the built-in map only works in US, Canada, Europe an Australia.

I'm just wondering if there is anyway that this unit would work here in the Philippines.

    Thank you very much

From what I've googled about NaviOne, NaviOne is a ppc gps app loaded with china and hongkong maps only. If it's ppc app, then it stands to reason that the OS used might be Windows CE and if the OS is Windows CE is running the device then you can just install Garmin Mobile XT which is compatible with the roadguide.ph maps. The problem is you can't buy Garmin Mobile XT anymore since the original page of Garmin Mobile XT (https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=138&pID=11413) now redirects to http://www.garminasus.com/en_US
