We are using Garmin e Trex HCx to map our electrical poles. Is this the right GPS to use for this purpose or can you recommend us the right one. Thanks

It depends on your accuracy requirements. If a +-3 meters accuracy is enough for you then eTrex is ok but if you need a sub meter accuracy you have to buy a more expensive DGPS.Originally posted by paleco74 View Postd1754
