Best book/reserve Tables as Mooons is very popular, especially @ weekends!

Prices are low, not real 'Mexican', but Mexican 'inspired', but something different for Filipinos, which is one explanation for it's polularity. Small portions, mean affordable prices too.

They also have the 'Beer Tubes'
