i just arrived now back from work , ill be here for next couple weeks and hoping to catch a couple of the EB's. I would really like to attend one in Davao or Cebu as my girlfriend has never been on a plane.

What are the 'mechanics. to setting up an EB in Cebu say?

I am happy to arrange one as long as I don't have to pay out any money (as I have a bit of a cash flow crisis right now!).

A Brit friend of mine, Ron Winkley, owns 'Tongs' Restaurant, with his Filipina wife Arlene.

Ron is away overseas on a Contract soon, that will take him away from Cebu for his Asawas Birthday, his Birthday, Christmas and the New year.

He is planning to celebrate his Birthday early, @ 'Tongs' naturally
