Had to go to Baguio to "make salubong" Typhoon Ramil last thursday. In Urdaneta here was a sign that said the bridge connecting Sison, Pangasinan to Rosario, La Union was unpassable to ALL vehicles so I took their recommended detour. Attached is my bypass route, at the end of the route you either turn left to Marcos Highway (recommended) or to Kennon Road.
The detour is from Urdaneta - Manaoag - San Fabian - Damortis then to Risario.
I hear the bridge is open na today but I can't verify. Any updates?
