recommendation - mnl, hund. isl, banaue, mnl

Hi,
next week I doing a loop trip from manila to hundreds island to Banaue( might stop at Sagada) and back to Manila .
two questions :
1. should I do the opposite route Manila - Banaue - hundreds - Manila ?
2. Please recommendation on the best route with car ( not 4x4)

you can go back via the other side (lagawe, bayombong, dalton pass etc.) the view is just not as spectacular when coming back via halsema hway.

Thanks for the reply , If Im travel from Sagad West ( Hundreds Island) should i take Halsema hway OR the route via Cervanres- Tagudin ?
( driving regular car not 4x4)

haven't done the tagudin route, but people who took that can attest that it's also a good choice. halsema highway is passable by car (at least from the last time i drove onto it), aside from the several short portions of rough road which is should have been paved by now, the highway is fully cemented.
